What ground beef is best for keto?
We prefer to use a lean ground beef and add fat as needed when cooking, but a more economical choice would be a higher fat ground beef.
We like ground sirloin best, but again – any cut you prefer will work well!
How many carbs are in ground beef?
Ground beef, like all beef and poultry, contains zero carbs, making it a great option for a keto or low carb diet. Many ground beef recipes do contain added carbs, but our list of recipes is fully keto friendly.
