These pork chops turn out so juicy and flavorful thanks to my simple seasoning and a quick cook in the air fryer.
No air fryer? No problem – I’ll share how to make these air fryer pork chops in your oven in the recipe card below! I’ve got you covered!
Why I love this air fryer pork chop recipe:
This low carb air fryer recipe literally takes 15 minutes from start to finish. Fastest dinner ever.
The pork chops come out so juicy and flavorful!
The broccoli is perfectly roasted with those nutty crispy edges that I am straight up obsessed with.
How to make air fryer broccoli and pork chops:
First, we’re going to season our pork chops.
Drizzle them with some avocado or olive oil. I’ve recently converted over to mostly using avocado oil and I love it.
Season the pork chops with a mix of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Place the pork chops in your air fryer basket.
Go ahead and place your chops in the air fryer at 350 for 5 minutes. They need a bit more time than the broccoli so we start it off first.
Grab your broccoli and toss it with some oil and freshly minced garlic. Sprinkle on some salt too, because broccoli is always better with salt.
Once the five minutes are up on your chops, carefully remove the basket, flip your pork chops, and add the broccoli next to the pork chops.
Pop it all back in the air fryer for another five minutes. I stir the broccoli about half way through to get an even roast.
That’s it, friends!
Juicy air fryer pork chops and perfectly roasted broccoli.
Whip up some of my cheese sauce while the air fryer is going and you can top that broccoli off with some creamy goodness.
What air fryer do you recommend?
We’ve tested quite a few different air fryers and I keep coming back to the OMORC Air Fryer. It’s large enough to hold plenty of food, it’s quieter than every other model we tested, and it’s dishwasher safe.
We even gave this air fryer as Christmas gifts to quite a few family members last year.

Adam says
Just curious – if i wanted to make zucchini and squash instead would the same 5 minutes apply as the broccoli?
Karly Campbell says
We do zucchini for around 10 minutes to get it browned.
Adam says
Thank you!
Shelby McMahon says
Did you have the air thing open or closed ? I think that makes a difference I’m a batch with it open and a batch closed ill.let you know how it turns out. Thanks
Karly Campbell says
Hi Shelby! My air fryer doesn’t have anything that you would open or close. I assume yours has some kind of vent?
Jeri says
Iโm new to an air fryer and just picked up pork chops tonight to try it out! Quick question. Most of my veggies are frozen. Do they need to thaw first before going into air fryer? Thank you!
Karly Campbell says
Hi Jeri! I’ve never made this with frozen broccoli, only fresh. I’m not sure how frozen/thawed vegetables would work in the air fryer.
Robin says
I really did expect the chops to be flavorful and done that fast Awesome meal and I made it for 4 in 15 mins
Robin says
Meant to say Didnt expect
Dana says
I made this recipe in my Emeril 360 air fryer and it came out perfect at 350 following the instructions in the recipe
Karly Campbell says
Glad to hear that! ๐
Joetta Morrison says
We recently got our air fryer. It is a bigger one. Loving the idea of making healthier meals.
Patty says
I used thick, boneless chops. It to about twice as long to cook the chops. Broccoli was perfect at 5 minutes. Will make again!
Theresa says
I have the thin cut pork chops will the time in your recipe work for me? I usually pan fry them but I want to use my new air fryer oven.
Karly Campbell says
I haven’t made this with the thin cut, but I’d probably add the chops in for 2 minutes, flip, and finish cooking as directed. ๐
Cherie says
I couldn’t even bite into the broccoli. Steamed it after air frying it. Was I supposed to steam before the air fryer?
Karly Campbell says
No, it shouldn’t have needed steamed at all. Did you air fry it for 5 minutes at 350? It should have been nice and roasted…maybe just a difference in air fryers?
Becky says
I only have thicker boneless pork chops. Can I follow these directions just cooking the chops longer?
Karly Campbell says
Yes, I think that’d be fine! Just put the broccoli in towards the end of cooking. ๐
Gail says
Looking forward to trying this recipe. I use a Cuisinart air fryer and oven
Gail in Central FL says
8/9/19. Hi. I’m a Gail too. And I have a Cuisinart air fryer for six or seven months and I really like it. But I have found that you have to cook a little bit lower temp and in a little bit less time and keep an eye on it. For me, it works best so I am going to use this pork chops suggestion. I made one the other day where all I did was wet chop , shake off the excess and then I used Trader Joe’s multiple seasonings choices and Spritzed with olive oil on each side and it was done in about 5-6 minutes total. I think I did it at 350ยฐ for 4 minutes and then flipped over for 1-2 minutes and watched it. Yum.
Sue Skibjak says
Made it last night… absolutely delicious! Great, easy recipe! If you’re following the recipe, 2 five ounce chops will cook perfectly in the timeframe given! Family loved it! Keeper for sure.
Jacquelyn Swartz says
More like 35 minutes and add broccoli last 5. Not impressed!
Karly Campbell says
Wow – did you have really thick cut chops? Mine were easily done in the time allowed.
Justin says
Made this, and it was perfection! Thanks for sharing!
Sharon says
Silly question. Do you put the broccoli on top of the pork chops on in a rack above.
Karly Campbell says
Hi Sharon! Are you referring to the oven method or using an air fryer? Our air fryer does’t have racks, so I just push the pork chops to the side and make room for the broccoli. In the oven, I’d use one sheet pan to cook it all.
Vickie says
Sounds great! Thanks for not leaving us non air fryer owners out of the fun-my kitchen is just too small for anything else so the oven version is what we will be trying. Hope you continue to enjoy your air fryer!
