It’s basically a boiled egg that’s been wrapped in sausage and then deep fried and oh man, they are seriously SO GOOD!
Chad, the husband, is totally obsessed with scotch eggs and will order them anytime he sees them on a restaurant menu.
The issue is that they’re normally breaded before being fried, so they’re not technically low carb/keto at most restaurants.
Today, I’m sharing a keto scotch egg that is actually made in the air fryer! You get the crispy crust without all of the oil! A bit healthier, just as tasty, and so much easier!

Hello! I’m not sure what you mean by add more eggs? If you make more than 6 eggs you’ll also need to increase the rest of the ingredients accordingly.
