Keto Chicken Club Wrap

Using low carb tortillas makes it so simple to make an easy lunch. This one is packed with protein and big flavor. I like to dip mine in a bit of ranch, but that's totally optional.

Ingredients

  • 2 large low carb tortillas see notes
  • 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt more or less to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 6 strips cooked bacon
  • 4 tomato slices
  • ½ large avocado sliced
  • 1 ½ cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Instructions

  • Place the tortillas on a microwave safe plate and microwave for about 20 secons to make them soft and pliable.
  • Lay a tortilla out on a flat work surface and spread with half of the mayo. Sprinkle with half of the seasoned salt. I don’t really measure this - just sprinkle enough to season the mayo.
  • Arrange half of the lettuce in the center of the tortilla. Top with 3 strips of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, half the avocado, and half of the chicken. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar over the top.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly.
  • Repeat with the remaining wrap.
  • Cut wraps in half and serve.

Notes

I like the La Banderita Large tortillas. You can use any low carb tortilla you like, but keep an eye on the carb count. I calculated these with a 4 net carb tortilla.
This is a great use for rotisserie chicken, certainly, but I almost always double my grilled ranch chicken so that we have leftovers to make this wrap. It’s so good!
These are also delicious dipped in our keto ranch dressing!
