These crispy Keto Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are ready in 15 minutes with rotisserie chicken. The air fryer crisps the low carb tortilla perfectly while keeping the buffalo chicken filling warm and melty. Perfect for game day, quick lunches, or easy snacks!
Add the chicken, wing sauce, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning to a bowl and mash the mixture together with a fork until well combined. Taste and add cayenne pepper for more spice, if desired.
Divide the mixture evenly between 2 tortillas and spread to the edges.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over each tortilla and roll up tightly.
Use a sharp knife to trim the edges of the tortilla off and then slice each tortilla into 5 pieces.
