Add the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt to a small bowl and stir to combine.
Rub the spice mixture over the pork tenderloin to coat.
Heat the oil in a large, heavy bottomed skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the pork and sear on all sides.
Transfer the pork to a slow cooker.
Add the soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar substitute, dijon, and red pepper flakes to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour over the pork in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Slice and serve.
Notes
Pork tenderloin generally comes in a pack of 2, with each tenderloin around 1 1/2 pounds each. This pork tenderloin will be very tender, but it's meant to be sliced and not shredded. If you'd like it tender enough to shred, you'll want to add more cook time.
