Keto Marry Me Chicken is a one-skillet chicken dinner with a creamy and garlicky Parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes. Big, bold flavor in about 20 minutes!

3tablespoonsbutterdivided

1/2teaspoonred pepper flakesmore if you like it spicy
3/4cupheavy cream
1/2cupoil-packed sun-dried tomatoesminced
1/4cupchicken broth
1/2cupfreshly grated Parmesan
Fresh basilfor garnish
Instructions
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Once melted, add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken to a plate.
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet and melt. Stir in the garlic, fresh thyme, and red pepper. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, broth, and Parmesan to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until sauce has thickened a bit. Add salt to taste.
Return the chicken to the pan and drizzle the sauce over the top.
Serve with the sauce drizzled over the chicken and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Notes
We like just ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes to make this interesting. If you want more of a kick, add a full teaspoon.If you don’t have fresh thyme, you can substitute 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.We like to serve this over mashed cauliflower or cauliflower rice to soak up that extra sauce. Don’t let a drop of the sauce go to waste - so good!If you'd like a thicker sauce, add more Parmesan. If you'd like a thinner sauce, add more broth.
