This crispy keto chicken bacon ranch quesadilla has a creamy ranch cream cheese layer, cheddar, and pepperjack. Made with low carb tortillas in 30 minutes.
Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning to a small bowl and stir to combine.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese over each tortilla.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add about 1 ½ teaspoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, place one tortilla in the bottom of the skillet and top with ¼ each of the shredded cheese, chicken, crumbled bacon, and green onion on one side of the tortilla. Fold the empty side of the tortilla over the other side.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes to brown the other side and fully melt the cheese.
Remove to a sheet pan and place in a 200 degree oven to keep warm. Repeat cooking the remaining quesadillas.
Cut each quesadilla into thirds and serve with ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes
We use these tortillas. They taste and cook just like regular tortillas. The zero net carb tortillas tend to fall apart more than the ones with at least a few carbs in them, so I recommend the ones linked. The nutrition info above includes using a 4 net carb tortilla. If you use different tortillas, the carb count may change.I’m admittedly a cream cheese fanatic and I love the melty goodness it adds to these quesadillas. Be sure to mix it with the dry ranch seasoning powder - not the ranch dip mix. The dip mix is much saltier. You can swap the cream cheese + seasoning for ranch dressing if you prefer. This is a great use for leftover rotisserie chicken, but I also love it with leftover grilled ranch chicken.
