Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip

You can make this buffalo chicken dip as mild or as spicy as you like! As written, the recipe is pretty mild, with just the right kick of spice thanks to the buffalo sauce. We like to dip cucumbers, mini peppers, celery, and low carb crackers in this dip.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Add the cream cheese, wing sauce, and ranch dressing to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and chicken.
  • Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles (if desired) and green onions before serving.

Notes

We skip the blue cheese in our house, but feel free to sprinkle it on top before serving or mix it right in with the cheddar and mozzarella before baking.

To make this dip more spicy, use Frank's hot sauce rather than wing sauce and add ground cayenne to reach the level of spice you prefer.
