Cheesy Ranch Cauliflower Bake

It doesn't get much easier than this cheesy baked cauliflower! Toss the cauliflower in a mix of homemade ranch seasonings and then bake with a little cheese on top. It's sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fresh cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Add the cauliflower and olive oil to the dish and stir to combine.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and dill to a small bowl and stir to combine. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and stir to coat each piece in the seasoning.
  • Bake for 15 minutes and then stir.
  • Add the cheese and return to the oven for 15 minutes. 
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You may use 1 1/2 tablespoons of packaged ranch seasoning in place of the spices called for, if preferred.
Frozen cauliflower should work, but the taste and texture will not be the same as fresh cauliflower. We highly recommend using fresh cauliflower.
