Keto Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup powdered sweetener
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate shavings raspberries, whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until well incorporated.
  • Increase speed to high and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Spoon mixture into 6 serving bowls and top with chocolate, raspberries, and whipped cream, if desired.

Notes

I use and recommend Lakanto sweetener or Swerve for this recipe. Using other sweeteners may affect the sweetness level in this dessert. With Lakanto/Swerve, I would call this a semi-sweet mousse, leaning towards dark chocolate. You may add more or less sweetener to your tastes.
