Green Olive Deviled Eggs

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive brine
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks out into a small bowl and mash with a fork. Set whites aside.

  2. Add the mayonnaise, olive brine, and chopped olives to the yolks and stir well to combine.

  3. Spoon the yolk mixture into the whites of the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika.

  4. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
