The simplest low carb dessert - fresh berries, sour cream, and your favorite sweetener!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Divide the blueberries between 4 small ramekins.
  2. Divide the sour cream evenly over the top of the blueberries.
  3. Sprinkle with the monkfruit sweetener.
  4. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and put them under the broiler, set to high, for 2-3 minutes or until the sweetener caramelizes. Keep a close eye as the sweetener can go from caramelized to burnt very quickly.
  5. Serve immediately.

Use your favorite berry to mix things up!
