Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey substitute
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet to heat.
  2. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and bell peppers into strips.
