Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 ounces cheddar, cubed
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar, sunflower seeds, red onion, and bacon to a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sweetener, vinegar, and salt to a small bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
