Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the oil and heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, ginger, garlic, sweetener, and water and continue cooking, stirring often, until most of the liquid has evaporated. 
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil just before serving.

Notes
