  1. Add the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the whipping cream and vanilla to a second mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Using the electric mixer, beat the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Mix just until everything is combined.
  4. Spoon mixture evenly between 6 containers and top with chopped peanut butter cups and extra whipped cream, if desired.
