Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup powdered sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, pumpkin, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the heavy cream to a second bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
  4. Divide between 3 small dishes and serve.
  5. Garnish with extra whipped cream or granola, if desired.
