Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Add everything but the lemon juice to a mixing bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Spread asparagus onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
