Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until well incorporated.
  3. Increase speed to high and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon mixture into 6 serving bowls and top with chocolate, raspberries, and whipped cream, if desired. 

Notes

I use and recommend Lakanto sweetener or Swerve for this recipe. Using other sweeteners may affect the sweetness level in this dessert. With Lakanto/Swerve, I would call this a semi-sweet mousse, leaning towards dark chocolate. You may add more or less sweetener to your tastes.
