Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs

These deviled eggs have the perfect kick! They make a great low carb snack and my friends and family all love them!

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • Chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise. 
  2. Scoop the yolks out into a small bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Add the chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar, and ranch dressing to the yolks and stir well to combine.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly between the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with chives before serving.

Notes

For mild deviled eggs, use Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce. For spicier eggs, use Frank's Red Hot Sauce. To really kick up the heat, add a pinch or two of dried cayenne pepper to the mixture.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
