  1. Plug in your mini waffle iron to preheat.
  2. Whisk together the egg, coconut flour, and bagel seasoning until well combined. Stir in the cheese.
  3. Spread half of the egg mixture into the waffle iron and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
  5. Spread each bagel waffle with cream cheese and sprinkle with additional bagel seasoning, as desired.

Notes

Use a sharp knife to cut a whole from the center of the waffle to make it feel more like a bagel or just eat it as is!
